"North County has a TWO 18 hole combo just like South County with JB. I love that there's an shorter/flatter alternate for hot days with a shady/wooded course. Ignore the old tees with no signs. Some close walks between tees except holes 8-9 (from 318 ft pin), 13-14 and 14-15. Left-handed backhand and right-handed forehand friendly but course has a good mix for all. A few "L" shape holes call for shot placement off tee. Might want to spray with some mosquitoes repellent."

"Beautiful and challenging course. It has a couple holes that just don’t really make sense and don’t fit. All in all I really enjoyed it! ;)"

"Nice lines… way too much walking between holes. Lots of work done over the years, but poor design. Play Sioux instead. "

"Overall Briscoe is pretty fun, but quite a few of its holes prevent it from being an enjoyable course from start to finish. In reality this is basically every wooded hole that exists here; if time and effort was dedicated to remodeling these holes to minimally be at a point where they are remotely fun to play, then Briscoe would be a pretty solid course. Not all of the more open holes are great but they are at least enjoyable to throw."

"Great job on the redesign. A bit of a hike between a couple holes. Tee pads weren’t all consistent, one turf, some pavers, most concrete. Be prepared to lose a couple discs if you end up off the fairway!
Great challenge and maybe one of the best course in the area."

"Really like the technical shots all throughout the course. Even the more open shots have low ceilings or other components. Only reason it’s not a 5 for me is all the walking between sections of the course. I’ll definitely be back to play it. "
"Underrated on this site apparently, so i'll give it a 5.0.
Fun course probably around a 4.3"

"Front nine is nicely technical and wooded. Back nine is park style. Underrated course that challenges your game. Check if the grass is cut before playing."

"It needs an overall map of the course, it also needs signs to point to the next pin. A very fun course but very confusing as well."

"So it’s a pretty fun course, the front half is your classic rolling hills park course. The back half is a wooded course with a couple poke and hope holes. The first half of the layout is super confusing—the udisc one is completely wrong, and it doesn’t help there are no directional arrows and crappy tee signs. However the back 9 is easy to followBaskets are meh and tee pads are good enough. If you can only play one course here play Sioux but if you have time for both do it because it’s still fun"

"Nice course with plenty of potential, 11-16 heavily wooded, 17 a big NOPE (rough is over 7ft. tall), could use better signage, as well as signs to navigate, still a fun challenging course"
