General layout notes
One tee pad on holes 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 17, 18. One permanent basket on holes 4, 5, 6, 7, 13. Two pin positions but a single basket that alternates between A & B positions (2, 14, 16, 17).
