"Fun for practicing flicks/approach shots; leave your cart at home. Rated 3.5 because the course has a lot of non disc golf foot traffic. Great to see a course in the public view but there was so much more space to use, would be nice to see it extended away from the play area. "

"It's an okay course to practice putting and mid range throws. There are too many people when other events are occurring and either they should have permits and close the disc golf course or they should have signage not to block the course. One lady sat her chair right on a tee pad. People scattered across fairways."

"Course was clean. The layout was a little confusing. Especially if you don’t have the app. Only two issues I had were the tee pads are elevated a few inches so you can’t get a good run up on a few longer holes. The other issue was the basket heights. Several baskets were more out of the ground Ryan others and several were leaning at an angle. Needs some TLC. There’s also plenty of space to add 9 more baskets in the park. "

"Good course for beginners, kind of...there’s not a map of the course, so I suggest walking the course after you find tee 1 and it’s hole. Also, the farmers market for the city was there when I played so I had to skip 2/11&3/12. That’s another thing; it’s a 9 hole course with 18 tee pads. Not a con just something to note"

"Nice entry-level course in Simpsonville City Park. Open for the most part, with some targets placed behind/in tree clusters for added challenge. Only drawback are the sandbox tees; they screw up the footing and are not flat by any means. Course would go to 3.5 or 4 stars if there were permanent concrete/turf pads. As it is ... step off and throw from beside the tee boxes for a casual round."
