Red layout players have right-of-way on shared holes. Standard penalties apply: OB (Rule 806.02) play from last in-bounds point with one penalty stroke. Hazard (Rule 806.03) play from position with one penalty stroke. Mandatory relief areas (Rule 806.04) have special rules per hole.
