The course is set in a public park along the loop river. It sits right next to/below a small dam which makes for some nice views/sounds as you play around the park. It’s nothing too amazing but for what it is and where it’s located it’s a fairly neat little park. Lots of large old cottonwood trees to play around on the first 7 holes but nothing too difficult to navigate. The last two holes are on a patch of land South of hole 1 and the main park area. Hole 1 is the longest hole but for the most part most of the holes are short. Hole 7 is a fun Hyzer shot around a couple of huge old cottonwoods. Hole 9 can be a fun downhill Island putter shot if you play the gravel road loop around the green as OB. Be prepared for mosquitoes during warmer weather as all of that water can make for some thick populations. Holes 1 through 7 are all flat while 8 and 9 utilize a small hill for some minor elevation change. A fun little course but could use a little course maintenance and better mowing. |
