This neighborhood course is designed to be a quick short par 3 course. The course features a nice use of the property available that will have you crossing the creek for most shots. There are nice tee markers and the full area, even the bank of the creek is well mowed, but the creek can get a little nasty if it has not rained in a while and is a hazard for the short tee off drives required.
