Constructted by the Friends of Coover park with assistance of the community and Dillsburg Jaycees. Coover Park is a Certified Wildlife Habitat. The York County Conservation district was involved to clearing underbrush and planting trees as a riparian buffer along Dogwood run, which meanders through the park on its way to the Yellow Breeches!
