The 9-hole beginner layout is set up in the part of the Drava Forester Disc Golf Course where wild garlic (bear’s onion) does not grow. In spring these plants can grow very densely in large patches, making it very easy to lose discs. By placing the layout in areas without wild garlic, the course remains playable during March, April and May. The layout is designed for beginners and recreational players, offering shorter holes and an accessible introduction to disc golf in the forest environment along the Drava.
