History
The park concept was presented by Woodburn Oregon Community member Jared Oyer in 2023. In 2025, the Woodburn Recreation and Park Board voted that they would like to see this project move forward if funding became available. With full funding of this project provided by the Woodburn Rotary Club and the support of the community and their volunteers this course opened Labor Day weekend 2025!
