History
In May 2023, the Allegany County Local Development Council approved a grant request from Locust Post Brewery for $30,000 from The Rocky Gap Fund to expand economic development features of the business, including the installation a disc golf course on the property, located roughly 25 minutes east of Cumberland. Jim Buser, of Western Maryland Disc Golf, was initially consulted on course design. Due to health issues, the project was handed off to Paul Rogers and JT Holcomb at Cultivation Disc Golf of Frederick, Maryland.
