New 18 hole course some open some woods

New 18 hole course added in 2020 expansion of Morse Park North Disc Golf Course. This expansion makes it so that there are more 2 completely separate 18 hole courses (36 holes total) that utilize adjacent Park land. One of them is called Rough Rider, which starts on the same hole as the original course layout, allowing us to use the original UDisc layout for that course. The other course is called Wildcat, and it starts in a completely different area across the street, and utilizes an area of the Park that, for the time being, is dedicated to Disc Golf only. Adding this separate course will make it significantly easier for people to find the starting holes for the 2 courses along with helping people to know that there are 2 SEPARATE courses (36 holes total) rather than separate layouts of the same 18 hole course.
