Headline
Fun shorter course
Description
This is Traverse City’s oldest course (that’s still open), and a fun little layout that winds through some of NMC’s very pretty campus, with lots of big trees and some mild elevation changes. Layout could easily be considered somewhat dangerous since it plays along pathways and common areas, so expect some delays due to student traffic, and you rarely may even have to skip some holes. That said, it is often quite quiet there as well. Hole #1 starts in front of East Hall, but there are several parking lots around the course, so you can jump in anywhere, with lots of players parking by hole #3 or #7 to start. The course has been incomplete for a few years, but late 2020 brought several new pin placements, a couple new tee locations and a new basket! There are 3 baskets models throughout the course. More improvements are planned for spring of 2021.
