Joshua Simmons has been close to this property for many years before it's conception. Local recreational enthusiast Ray had suggested the property be converted. Dan Doyle was brought on for a final design. Dan Doyle, Joshua Simmons, and James Johnson hand crafted many areas of this park for practical play and navigation. Wantage backed the development with their parking lot construction and landscaping abilities.
