Description
This is the first course completed by the Paul McBeth Foundation in collaboration with Racho El Camino, a Mexican nonprofit that serves children youth and families through therapeutic recreation, community development, and mentorship programs. The Paul McBeth Foundation has installed this new course at Rancho El Camino, with the goal of creating sustainable disc golf opportunities in underserved areas where access to the sport is limited or non-existent. Specifically, the foundation aims to introduce the sport to new and youth players, and the course has been designed with these players in mind. With suitable distances and challenges, the course is intended to provide new players with an opportunity to learn the game of disc golf while also accommodating more experienced players who may wish to practice their short game with putters and midranges. The hope is that this course will encourage greater interest in disc golf and help to foster a new generation of players. Rancho El Camino is a Mexican nonprofit that serves children youth and families through therapeutic recreation, community development, and mentorship programs. Please note there are working ranch dogs on property, so bring pets at your own risk, and we recommend they be kept on a leash.
