Description
A challenging, 27-hole pay-to-play public course over miles of woods and fields within Sandy Creek Park near Athens, Georgia. This course has multiple layouts providing different concrete tee pads and different basket locations on each hole. The front 9, first 18, or full 27 all end back at the visitor center/parking lot. There are restrooms at multiple locations throughout the course, also with plenty of nature, trails, playgrounds, a beach, picnic shelters, and tons of dog-friendly areas. There is a disc lost & found at the gatehouse, and they also have loaner bags of discs for brand new players to borrow for a game. Layouts updated in uDisc app as of 2/27/24. Follow any layout for the way you want to play to find accurate distances, pars, and GPS coordinates to the next hole.

Accessibility
Limited mobility/cane accessible - Holes 1-10 are mostly ‘open holes’ and accessible. An alternate route may be needed for Tee to Green on Hole 4 Hole 1-10 plays alongside a big rolling hillside that is mostly grassy. The Grass is cut regularly, however, after a rainfall it may get slick/tall/or muddy in some areas. Hole 11-18 are ‘wooded holes’ & may require assistance navigating creeks, bridges, and rough areas.
