History
Judd Burman, Fairview native, was living and was very much into disc golf in Billings Montana. He designed and installed this course to help bring the sport to eastern Montana. It was originally 'tones' with 3inch pipe welded onto T type fencing posts welded up by the FHS shop class. Years later Judd raised money to purchase and install baskets and rubber tee pads. Over the years a few baskets have been stolen or destroyed by vandals and many have been the victims of "acts of god" which happens when you're located on the lower Yellowstone subject to ice jams, flooding and wind storms. Some of he rubber tee pads have been mowed and flooded over also. Currently Judd is working on a non profit to infuse some much needed TLC into the course. The course maintenance (grass and trees) is contracted to a local business and they do their best to keep in playable condition.
