Begin and end at the bottom of Coles Ct. ,The course flows through private yards and conservation areas. BE RESPECTFUL to the owners who are allowing the course to be in their yard until Dec. 2, 2025 . PARKING: Familiarize yourself with the course BEFORE you arrive. Parking on Coles Ct. on the right side past the first driveway and up to but not past the giant evergreen tree OR at the top of the hill on Downs Ct are acceptable. Additional parking on Bates Rd PAST tee 14 along the road is also acceptable. The course throws over Coles Ct. 2x and Bates 1x so do not obstruct these fairways or you will be asked to immeditaely move your car. Blue Pin flags mark the natural tees except Tee 3 which is a driveway tee. There are 18 baskets that play as the main Tournament course on the south side of Madison Ave. The additional optional 5 hole loop, hiles C-1 through C-5, plays through the big conservation area around Madison. There are four targets with the C1 target also serving as the C-5 target.

John Iliff sought permission from neighbors and the HOA to develop a pop-up course through private yards and the HOA's Private Conservation area. John, Grady Iliff, Sammy Iliff and Pete Thomas were the principal designers. The course is expected to be open only around Thanksgiving and the July 4th Holidays.
