Description
Welcome to Vejle Idrætshøjskole's Disc Golf Course — a free, beginner-friendly course combining wooded holes with open fairways in a scenic school setting. The forest holes are short and technical, rewarding precision over power. Fairways respect the forest's natural features by agreement with Vejle Municipality. Baskets are custom and old school. The open holes on the school grounds offer slightly more space. On busy days, some school-ground holes may be in use — the forest holes are always accessible. Please register your free visit before playing at https://www.vih.dk/faciliteter/discgolfbane — no account needed. The course is continuously being developed — We welcome your feedback in the Facebook group for the course.

History
Established in 2014 with funding from the school's own foundation, developed together with Discimport.dk and VIH students. Originally 9 holes on the school grounds. Expanded in 2025 with the addition of wooded holes in the adjacent Nørreskoven forest, developed in agreement with Vejle Municipality to preserve the forest's natural character. Ongoing improvements include tee pads, basket visibility, and signage.
