Other "Smart Layouts" will be available at various times for Events, by request or necessity, and/or by community ideas/designs. PARK HOURS: Sunrise - Sunset (*PARK INFO: Wiseman Park is tucked away in the Holiday Hills neighborhood off of Holiday Rd in Winchester KY.
