Soild, medium-to-big arm course. Signs mostly correct with inaccurate footage. Sewage smell around holes 9 - 12. Good tee pads. Holes 1 needs the dead, fallen tree removed. The (3) newer holes in the back need trimming and maintenance. Overall, a good course thats definitely replayable considering Houston's course options.

Park in great shape. Tee boxes and fairways in good shape. Some signs show an alternate and either it is now the main or the main was missing. Trivial and a non-issue with UDisc app.
