About the course

General Course Design: the area is in a flat park/forest - well-planned holes. Fairways do not cross and holes loop back to start. Designed by local players Gunars Grundmanis and brothers Zosars. Great course with two layouts: airBaltic Training Disc Golf Park - 10 holes for beginners; airBaltic Disc Golf Park - 19 holes for experienced players. Many near activities - bike and roller skate rental, overhead cable route through the trees and Riga Zoo.

Hala teepads och ojämna annars bra storlek. Bra flöde och korgar. Det är några hål som inte riktigt är helt perfekt designmässigt det är lite små missar här och där tycker jag. Men det finns shop och toalett. Välformade fairways. Konstgräset är ofta åt fel hål på Tee. Det blir lite samma kast. Dålig variation på hålen. Första hålet är inte jättebra starthål. Fin inramning på banan mycket reklam och korgarna poppar verkligen i skogen. Nästan alla hål är raka korridorer. Kul kanske 2-3st gånger men inte 14-15. Många gömda korgar. (4.2/5.0)

Well maintained course which is located in a beautiful old forest. Layout was demanding and clearly meant for competitive playing with multiple forest gaps requiring +100 meter drives. For amateur players the layout is not that fun to play as you might easily end up out of the gap, but for advanced players the layout will be a nice challenge.
