Kombinert skogsbane/hogstfelt område. Flotte teepads på alle hull og greie banekart. Variert og utfordrende bane i kupert terreng. Lurt med spotter på enkelte hull da de er blinde og/eller litt høy vegetasjon. Blir enda bedre når banen er spilt inn og gått seg til. Merknader: Litt tydeligere linjer på enkelte hull. Monter pil med skilt i kurvene som viser «next tee». Fordel om banekart har info om next tee, avstandsangivelse til sweetspot/dogleg, info om diameter angivelse på OB øyer som en ikke ser fra tee.

En ny bana som spelas med korgar men endast utkast än så länge inga bygga Teepads ännu. Designen och layouten är helt ok. Och NeXT Tee är fina. Det kommer säkert byggas fina teepads senare sen också. Korgarna är bra. Dock är området och miljön/terrängen helt ointressant. Det kommer inte bli bra till slut oavsett hur många timmar per arbete man lägger på denna banan… tyvärr. Man skulle kanske istället använda sig enbart av löparspåret och köra det som Fairway med korgar och Tee lite kors och tvärs så hade man redan haft 70% klart med röjning. Denna banan får nu (2.5/5.0) men det kommer säkert jobba sig uppåt med tiden då desingen är helt okej. Men det kommer inte räcka till mer än 3.5 senare tror jag efter 3-4 år när den satt sig. Marken och området är alldeles för svagt. Man kan liksom inte sminka en gris. Det kommer fortfarande vara en gris om man säger så….
