2026 MCDGC LEAGUE ACE POT TERMS AND CONDITIONS I. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION To maintain standing for a claim against the Ace Pot, participants must satisfy the following criteria: Consideration: A non-refundable buy-in of $10.00 must be remitted via Venmo to @Justin-Kahle-1. Timing: Funds must be received prior to the commencement of the round, with the sole exception of a mid-round buy-ins immediately following an Ace hit. Duration of Coverage: Payment secures eligibility until either (a) a valid claim is paid out or (b) the conclusion of the 2026 League Season. II. VALID CLAIM REQUIREMENTS A "Qualifying Ace" must meet all specified evidentiary standards: The Throw: The ace must occur on the individual's very first tee shot (i.e. 2nd shot off hole 1 does not count) from the hole's designated tee box to the hole's designated basket. Verification: The ace must be witnessed and verified by at least one other club member that is in good standing and has participated in at least 1 other MCDGC league event within the last 12 months. Scope of Play: Eligibility is restricted to your first standard round on the layout and course that the MCDGC club designates that week. Special events, including but not limited to "Glow" rounds and "Doubles" formats, are expressly excluded. III. FUND ROLLOVER In the event no valid claim is made during the 2026 season, the Pot shall roll over to the 2027 season. All previous eligibility will expire at year-end, requiring a new buy-in for the subsequent league term generating a higher value Ace Pot. IV. AUTOMATIC RE-ENTRY (OPTIONAL) Members may elect for "Automatic Buy-In" status. By providing written notice to Justin Kahle, members authorize immediate re-entry into the pool following a paid claim, subject to prompt replenishment of the $10.00 fee.
