Great course for 12 holes, with room to easily add 6 more holes. Adding holes, and improving the tee boxes would push this course to 4.5*, leaving new and complete signage the only thing holding this course back from 5*. Fun mix of shots, some water and OB in play.

Nice course just pads too short or non existent

Fun neighborhood course. Couple great holes. Play blue tees. Could use larger tee pads or a smoother run up on a few holes
