Good conditions
There are four baskets that can be played by the posted layout or safari style. This is meant as an ace race/putt and approach course with short and mid-range type shots. There are no tee boxes but areas to tee from are marked by tee signs. Baskets are located behind the pool area at the Harbor Point By The Bay apartments and by the beach front heading towards UMass Boston/JFK area. You can park in the UMass Boston parking area by Carson beach and walk over. Any layout that is posted is subject to change depending on foot traffic. Be very respectful of foot traffic when throwing especially on the longer holes. It’s advised to throw putters and midranges but you can use drivers with caution.
Course can be played casually but if you want a more challenging experience the “tournament layout” can be used with out of bounds (OB) and mandatory areas you must throw within (mando)
Tournament layout:
Hole 1 - All side walk to the right of fairway is OB, within fence of gym to the left of fairway is OB, sidewalk behind basket is OB. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.
Hole 2 - All sidewalk is OB, within fenced area around gym is OB, double mando between first trees to tee area so you must throw through tunnel gap. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.
Hole 3 - All sidewalk is OB behind basket. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.
Hole 4 - Harbor walk and water are OB. Road to right is OB. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.
Hole 5 - All concrete walkways and parking lot are OB. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.
Hole 6 - Island hole. All concrete is OB. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.
Hole 7 - All concrete is OB. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.
Hole 8 - Island hole. All concrete is OB. If you do not cross to the island then re-tee. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.
Hole 9 - Fence around gym and pool area is OB. All concrete is OB. Take your lie where the disc crossed out of bounds.

Nice short course to improve your putting and mid range. Go at a quiet time of day, too many walkers in the way

GPS brings you to a $9 parking lot for the day. Little walk to hole 1. Neighborhood around looks like it could be possibly to park in but not sure if it's a gated community.

Beautiful scenery. Watch for park goers. Use UDisk to figure out tee locations. Simple course but I enjoyed the short 9 hole course.

Just a real short, basic and simple nine holer. But it’s an easy walk and great for beginners. More advanced players should be able to get multiple birdies or under par.
