Has potential. Design is fun. However, growth and upkeep are a real issue. Growth in the rough is expected, but it shouldn't hang into the fairway and it should not be inside the circle. I lost a Player B that I watched literally fly into C1. Looked for half an hour and gave up. That's an issue that needs resolved. If upkeep is resolved, it is a solid 3.75-4 course.

New design is great. Really enjoyed old design, new one cleaned up some problems and brought some new challenging holes.
