@junkley
This course is down the road from my work and has been one of my mainstays for years but I have grown a bit tired of it. First off, the course has gotten overgrown to the point where it is dramatically affecting enjoyment even for 900 rated players. Secondly, while this course is not quite as busy as neighboring Bethel or Lakewood the regulars here have absolutely zero etiquette in letting solos play through. This results in very long solo rounds as while Lakewood and Bethel are both busier and longer, I actually spend less time there because people actually are courteous. I would recommend Hansen, Bethel and Lakewood over Acorn any day in 2025
@apgrapids
Real technical, swampy and BUGGY! Make sure you have a full bag if you want to attack any shots
@keneno
Actually a good course with a lot of potensial. Unfortunately the course needs a lot of maintenance. It’s very rough and need some love.
@bill
The mosquitos are terrible right now; would not suggest playing here until they are under control.
@discrabbit
Nice and easy neighborhood course with some moderate rough. Baskets couldn't catch a horseshoe.
@gori88lla
It's okay
@tboogs
Classic Twin Cities City Park Course. No frills; just a great course & a fun round, every time.
@flyingfrolfer
This course could be great with a little more upkeep. A lot of it was really overgrown. 2 of the long pads were unplayable.
@gloper13
Sold wooded course with good shot variety.
@matt
Fun course, good for beginner to intermediate players. Lots of birdies!
@jdestef23
Great course with a mix of woods and open shots. Personal favorite and home course
@donchoad
Like the old layout much better.
@johnriverbend
Plans are pretty much dried up, but it’s a nice fall throw
@alyx12
Fun course but seems more overgrown than in past summers.
@beastman55
Outstanding flexibility with this course with all the different combiy of long/short baskets and long/short teepads. If you want a short putter only round you can do that, and if you want your full bag and more challenge you can do that too. Great course
@prestidigit8tor
Very technical course. Lots of tall grass and marshes to lose discs in.
