Generally, I think any disc golf is a good idea. But not here; playing directly along a walking path with people and dogs. Hole 3 has a nice field to get some throws in though.

Amrock is in a pocket of the Pittsburgh area that doesn't have a whole lot for disc golf. So it's certainly better than nothing!Par 2 on the first two holes is a bit bizarre. I get they are quite short. Holes 3 and 4 are a bit more conventional and decent for a small course. 5 is a really challenging moderately long par 3 that forces you to throw around a large and tall tree cluster. 6 requires precision or you could be OB. Be mindful of walkers. I do rate the course 3, but it's not a bad 3: just where it is in comparison to a more typical disc golf outing. It is fine for what it is and for what was available here. Decent tee pads, good signs, and the baskets are in good shape.
