About the course
En skolebane, laget av elever ved Åsheim Ungdomsskole, i faget Arbeidslivsfag.
Planen er at det skal bli en nihulls-bane, og at den skal ferdigstilles ila. 2026. I skrivende stund er det satt ut 6 kurver, og teepads på hull 1-3. De første seks hullene er altså spillbare. Kom og prøv!
Arbeidet legges snart ned for vinteren, men til våren (2026) fortsetter vi, og så vil banen sakte men sikkert bli komplett.
Det blir en bane med relativt korte, men tekniske, hull.

Bygging påbegynt skoleåret 2024-25. Planlagt ferdigstilt ila. 2026.
Kostnader for bygging er fulldekket av midler søkt til formålet av Åsheim Ungdomsskole.

De første 6 hullene på banen ligger i et relativt flatt område. Altså lite høydemeter opp og ned. Unntaket er utkast 4, som ligger oppe på en liten forhøyning. Det er stier i skogen, som er gode å bevege seg på til fots. Kastetrasèene inneholder imidlertid gress, gjørme, røtter, stubber, stokker, ujevnheter, og vegetasjon med ulik grad av tetthet. Vi har ikke gjort tilpasninger for rullestolbruk i området.
