@brenmarie
This course was well maintained. The baskets are not a major brand but fine. The info says cement tee pads but some are rubber. For a pay course that costs more than most pay courses I’d like to see more amenities on the course like benches, garbage cans, and bag hooks. The one Smart layout doesn’t match the tee signs and directed us to some tees with cones on them. This is a pay course, please keep your uDisc layouts current. There’s also a long, hilly walk from parking because disc golfers can’t park at the lodge.
@7thsign
Logger makes the best courses!
@zreload
This is 2023 layout and they updated area and par
@thegoldenhand
Nice redesign! A few pitch and putt shots but it really tests ya otherwise
@jonnyt123
There’s a really wide variety of holes on this course. Some of the holes were a bit of a poke and pray, in my opinion, but overall it’s a solid course. Looks great right now too. Rough is ROUGH.
@alanteleven
Fairways in the woods are not mowed. Mix of rubber and concrete tees. Spent way too much time looking for discs and ended up losing two. Note you have to walk over a quarter mile up and down steep hills to get to the first tee.
@seanandon
Seems like ongoing work being done here. Half concrete, half river tee pads. Around hole 7 there starts to be two baskets per hole for the next 6-7 holes which got slightly confusing. But, they are different styles, so if you’re aware, you can play the ones you want. Nice, easier course after Hidden Meadows.
@nemecj
Upkeep 0 they cut it once a year before the Superior Open. So Early spring is good, rest of the year is crap. Good thing you pay over $15 to play.
@viviffx
$15 day pass let’s you play five different courses for the day. Annual pass is $150. Very difficult course 60% of course is wooded. Other 40% is open field. One water hazard to shoot over. Will be back!
@bob101
Overgrown, confusing layout. On the plus side you will have a horsefly companion who follows you the whole course biting you along the way.
@maxhendy
Great coarse! And only getting better! Thanks y’all!!
@simonpeter
Boring layout. Bad baskets. Don't waste your time on this one. Hidden Meadows is much better
@ericwestlund
Still rough cut for the wooded holes. 7’s basket wasn’t in, 3 holes were not right on the map. Will be the easiest course with a few technical holes and a couple poke ‘n hope holes.
@goodlin99
Course maintenance is a joke, especially at $10/day for non-pass holders. Wooded holes are beyond overgrown. Minimal signage - straightline distance listed and nothing else. Very disappointing layout for the land available. Several of the wooded holes are a game of plinko with how the fairway is cut, and the open holes struggle to do anything inventive despite having elevation and tree lines to play with. A redesign and maintenance and this could easily be a fantastic course.
@aidensaari
Good but the open holes are pretty boring. Was hoping for a course like the first three holes and wasn’t. Last three wooded holes way to overgrown for a paid course. Underwhelming.
@pockethand
Great course. Probably timing on my part. Early morning Round on a HOT day. Black flies were level 10, especially the open part of the course
@nolanhomola
Grass is a little long in some areas. Well maintained compared to most courses though.
@konamicode
Nice concrete pads in woods vs average rubber mats in field. Field holes feel a bit repetitive and some could be made more unique along the woodline. Better signage needed throughout. Fun addition to MDL
