The layout is just shorter tees and longer tees for the front and back 9. A mix of both or alternating tees could provide some more interest and variety. The par number on 5/14 makes no sense (the shorter 5 is par 5 and the longer 14 is Par 4???). Or, just make a beginner layout with different numbers for par.
