Good conditions
The first tee is across from the baseball field. (local tip.. park in the gravel lot in between hole 6 & 7, map says its bryce street but road sign says walnut. Start your round on hole 7) New tee signs have been installed with all new pin positions and accurate distances!

I was promised a concession stand at hole 7. It has been over 3 years and still no concession stand, no hot dog stand, we ain’t got shit!!
