The holes in the beginning were fun in the park with some trees (through hole 7, I believe), then after that it’s more open and extremely high grass and weeds on the sides of the fairway, a bit tough to find discs. A couple of fun water shots. Great elevation. Just wasn’t a fan of the tall grass and weeds.
@joshschmidt
Some holes felt like park golf, but the up and down hill throws were super fun! Was able to link up with doubles league; thanks udisc!
@borser1
Well designed course in a beautiful park with some good shot variety and it is well maintained. I don’t really have anything negative to say. Nice baskets, tee pads, and signs. Mix of wooded and open holes with some elevation changes. Well maintained fairways with some unique holes. Overall really fun and nice course
@tbro0220
I like the redesign
@jbert33
Love the redesign, looks great, fun to play
@jonnyt123
Oh man where do I start?!?! This course is such an improvement from where it used to be. The new bright blue baskets will help draw in people from the community. It’s so nice to not be playing on old Mach IIIs anymore. The teepads are finally not tar and are nice concrete, although a broom or something on each hole might help (similar to Riverfront 13). As some have said, the course is a bit soft now, but honestly, who cares? It’s such an improvement from before. A few things I don’t get are the duel tee-pads on 13 and the crooked tee-pad on 15. It also needs signage to direct non UDisc users around the pond from 4 to 5 and from 15 to 16. Besides that, I’m very glad with how my home course has transformed. Thank you to Cale and the city of Crystal!
@tomsdiscgolf
Nice beginner course.
@bigglz
The new baskets and tee pads are a much needed improvement! I would like to see some tiers or retaining walls on hills and by baskets to stop erosion that is sure to begin. The new holes are fun. The smell isn't as bad as some say its only by 3 holes and its just from woodchips.
@ummyaumm
One of the best 18 hole courses in the area. A fun course for scoring birdies. Very busy though.
@gloper13
This course has real potential and with a little TLC could be good. Tee pads are not well maintained and the walk from five to six is a little long. I hope that this will helped with the rumored redesign
@jdestef23
Amazing course, starts in the woods, opens up for some nice up and downs in the back from a large hill. Summer 2025 update: Prairie restoration finally kicked in defining a bunch of the fairways, nice visual improvement
@dsk666
A fair amount of walking between holes sometimes but aside from that decently fun
@ethane23
Love the new redesign, new baskets and a few new holes really brings it all together. Leviska’s company did a great job.
@prestidigit8tor
Fun course with some good use of elevation. Good teepads and baskets. Some of the fairways are very close together and the course definitely could use some navigation signs.
@yocolin
Love playing here for the challenge, but overall while this course could be a 5 the fact that holes 2-4 are usually full of water and mud really sucks. Only played through those holes 1 time because of that. Also the tee pad at the top of the hill on hole 9 is the jenkiest crap ever. Made of turf, extremely bumpy, took a couple dives there. Could be kept up a little more as well. Also the expansion still has yet to happen, so 15 if lucky and not muddy. Until all of this is fixed, it remains a 3.
