When this code is actually finished, this is going to be a fantastic and beautiful course. Good balance of wooded and open holes, with lots of natural OB.

Great course. Very challenging in some parts. Lots of water, so bring your retriever.

Beal Slough has a large variety of just challenging enough drives and elevation changes to bring the variety to a new level. The layout is a bit hard to understand at first. There are two tee-pad options at the moment, which are enough for an intermediate player like me, but could be difficult for beginner players. The upkeep on this course is fantastic and will only continue to get better I assume. Some of the roughs are brutal, with thorns and ticks, but this is a newer course.

Currently one of the best courses within 200 miles. Once it's finished it will be undisputed. Serenely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, engagingly challenging
