Beardstown is such a great place to start! It can be played many ways and help people practice different lines. Pretty well maintained as well!

Course lacks real challenge, though well thought out with the property available. Mostly open shots with few obstacles. Watch out for sand burrs and cactus! Good for beginner to intermediate.

18 baskets set in a open field with a few groupings of trees. The course may be one that is enjoyable for lower skilled players but more experienced players may get bored.

Kind of fun for a big flat course. Nothing special. Large mature trees add some challenge and scenery. Tee pads are nice and large but baskets are very old and in poor condition. Decent use of the available space but I imagine it would be very difficult to play while people are golfing on the driving range that runs right through the heart of the space this course occupies.

Fairly good variety of shots. Course pars are suuuper generous. Most holes should be Par 3 at best. Not super interesting to look at. Lots of cactuses and sand burs. Overall a good course for a quick practice round.

Course is good for newer players and for practice rounds. The original pars are very generous and the shots don’t require a ton of skill. Worth the play if in the area, but nothing special.
