Trees are in play on a few holes. Otherwise, mainly open. Some holes have tee markers, but all holes have tee signs. Natural ground tees. Grounds were in maintained shape. No rough, except one hole, where narrowish fairway is mowed and rough on either side. Rough was not very tall, but still took time for me to find disc in it. Not bad, and good for those that live in the area.

Extremely wet and swampy ( probablya combination of the rain and morning dew). No tee pads, most blocks making where tees are supposed to be are missing. 6 and 7 are played through a swamp with narrow fairways. Nice baskets on each hole. Course layout is ok with a variety of lengths. As trees mature it will become a more challenging course, but it still needs better drainage and some permanent tee pads.
