Good 9 hole course with 2 different layouts. Surprisingly technical with a few different shot shapes. Not overly long distance-wise but will make you pay for an out of place shot. We play once a year on our annual beach trip, and we are always impressed with how the course has progressed each year. This year it’s the concrete tee pads and managed undergrowth. It’s clear someone is maintaining the course and making it the best possible version it can be. Thanks to all who make that happen in this area!
@guygroves94
Fun little 9 hole for some putter work in a pretty little park. Still gotta miss those trees!
@roid2112
A bit hard to navigate without Udisc. Fun course, but watch out for gators on #7!
@guesshimself
Fun and fairly technical short wooded course with some definite ace runs and opportunities for creative shot shaping. I had passed this course up in the past due to its short length, but it’s plenty good enough if you’re nearby.
@scottduren
Needs way finding and pin signage. Difficult to find your way around .
@benjaminz
Good little park course. Might see a few alligators. I wouldn’t try to recover any discs.
@gettonyd
Beginner course or putter/mid for more experienced players. Fun course that I look forward to playing whenever I visit Oak Island.
@cubbydasbear
Tee pads are hot garbage. Gators on the water carry. Super fun.
@omnikirkland
Lots of signs up that say theyre going clean it up. Thatll be nice. Beautiful park. Simple fun course for a super novice like me.
@markgoppert
Short technical course. Two Tee pads (A&B) Two Basket locations (rotated monthly) I created an 18 mapped course using Tee pads A for 1-9 Riddled with Poison Ivy! & Tee pads B for 10-18
@racertempo
Good for what it is. Saw a 3-4’ gator in the water at 7. Nice new pads.
@beavertail33
Lots of poison ivy. A great short course well marked with all the tee pads and pins in place. #7 across the pond is fun!
@paulmichaelv
Tee pads are awful. Many are serious risk to players. Baskets are old and in need of replacement. Some cleanup and neatening of the fairways would be appreciated but until the tees are replaced I would recommend a skip.
@sugarfi
Really short holes, but actually pretty fun. You can get through 9 holes in less than 30 min.
