With mowing this is roughly a 4 star course. With additional fairway/tee area/basket cleanup it could be a 4.5 star course. But it is stinky and that can't be fixed so it'd probably still be 4 max

Tees need to be redone and grass needs to be cut but it’s a nice course overall
