First time writing an in depth course review. Would give it like 3.75 Course has potential when finished to be the best in the area in terms of just holes. Pros: Great shot and distance variety Great use of elevation Great use of water and OB areas Most fairways feel tough but fair High quality baskets Cons: Long walk in between majority of holes After hole 10, no teeboxes Teeboxes are small Lots of walking uphill Briars in some areas Few more trees need to be removed from fairways A bit too many doglegs and short par 4s A couple par 3s that feel really difficult to birdie Have to walk uphill through fairway to get to hole 13 No bridge to get to hole 16, have to walk around Bridge from 10 to 11 feels unstable Course feels kinda confusing to navigate even though marked well Overall once this course is finished the glaring weakness of it will be the distance between holes and the tee pads. Would play again in the current state it is in now.

A pushing hyzer’s dream course. Don’t leave your neutral fairway drivers at home. Brand new course so it needs time but will continue to season into on of the best around. The design is really thought out. Needs the tee pads finished, but the ones in place are fantastic.

Clean it up a bit with tee be pads on every hole and this could be a 4.5

The course is great as is. Just needs some more tee pads and a bit more limping and clearing fairways.

11 tee is on the other side of the creek. UDisc has it near Tee for 16. Lots of walking between holes. Tee for 13 is back up the fairway for 12. Tee boxes are small, only present for first handful of holes.

I am aware this is a new course so my rating will change as it improves. Not handicapped friendly, very rough terrain, some very difficult transitions between holes including under a road that would be easy to get ambushed if you were a female. Not the best use of space, could use a professional to help with the layout. Definitely not Ready for prime time, but decent in it's current layout if you are able bodied. You will definitely need UDisc for directions.

Lots of spideys. Arachnophobics beware.

Lots of potential but NEEDS a bridge going from 10 to 11. If it rains a lot the creek is super high making it only possible to get to 11 and then from 17 to 18 if you wade

Solid 3 as it stands. Teepads on first 10 holes, which play very fun. Last 8 holes need some real work, both in clearing fairways out and possibly reworking a few holes. Too many dinky sub 200 ft holes in there that don’t stick with the variety of the course. Overall excited for what it will become though!

Concept is 3.5. Current status of course has a long way to go. Baskets should have waited to go in so more work could have been done.

This course is beautiful. I’m only given it 3 stars because it’s not finished yet. 14 definitely needs some work on the tee pad and be a par 4. Once the back 9 have their tee pads and signage is up this course will be rated higher.

For a brand new course, it’s not horrible. Absolutely amazing layout. With some fine tuning and a lot more work this could be a phenomenal course for the community!

Quickly becoming one of my favorite courses. They continue to put a lot of effort into changing and upgrading the course. Continually improving! If you like interesting shots and tight but fair fairways you'll enjoy this course. You get rewarded for good shots, which is fun.

Some very tight fairways. You have to be a sharp shooter for some to get a par. Crossing the creek at 10 and 17 is tough. It is short but very technical.
