I wanna rate this course higher because I feel like it would be amazing, but it’s so overgrown I couldn’t hardly play it. From what I’ve seen from pictures it looks amazing whenever it was cleaned up
@ncmack111
Every hole here is an excellent hole. The issue is lack of play. The course is difficult and would be excellent if it got played more. It has not been "beat in" and the upkeep is lacking. It does finish fairly hohum after some great challenge. If this were in Greenville and more people played it, it would be loved by most
@jeremiahordiway
Course is difficult and some what over grown. Great holes if it was taken care of. Needs real tee pads due to long holes. There is a tree down on 7 fairway. Could be great with some TLC.
@elijahsmith
Incredible course! Definitely favors the forehand, which is fine by me. Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of upkeep.
@ijohnj
Give it Time! It’s raw but so much fun, interesting shots nice elevation use incredible pin placements. 5-6 really memorable holes. Stumps are throughout, tees are turf direct on ground but I can tell a lot of love and thought went into this one.
@jtripp5902
Course needs. Little trimming on certain holes especially hole 9.
@craigwilliams
Could use some clearing out but fun course.
@skogdog17
One of the best school courses I’ve played. Some really fun shots. Clean wooded fairways and nice elevation. Even my wife had fun!
@discgolfcraig
Extremely fun overall. Doesn’t feel like your playing at a high school. Much better than the original 8 hole layout.
@chriswest17
Lots of stumps in the fairway and greens. I had a particularly bad day of kicks for shots that landed in the fairway. Tee pads are a bit slanted or lumpy in places. The holes are well designed and fun to play though, so I’ll be back! Should be really nice once it beats in.
@cdubbb87
Def not cart friendly. Has potential as it gets beat in. A few long walks between with minimal directions.
@deathputt4bogey
Course is very fluky. Perfectly thrown tee shots and upshots are frequently rewarded by rolling down the sloped greens into circle 2 or ob or jail. Course has lots of potential but that's it.
@fivepinpitboss
Great course
@awright1969
Have played the course twice now in the past couple of weeks. I love the variety of shots and the placement required on the par 4s. While it is on the short side for length, the birdies are there but it's not a birdie or die feel. You have to go get them. Well done.
@gbryant328
Has potential
@bcox7x77
-Challenging for sure -Could cut a few trees and still get the same shot shape the hole calls for - 7's landing zone is too small and then you factor in tree roots... -Not cart friendly -Overall the good tee pads and the variety of shots makes this a above average course
@blackclouds
One of the top tier courses in the Upstate area! Fun and challenging for even advanced players. Not too beginner friendly after 7 but throwing 1-6 is fun and tough for most folks. As it breaks in and becomes more complete, this will be a true 5 star course. Pickens DG = Hagood 9 and PE Loop have similar beginner difficulty but different style of shots...Hagood 18 is a tough intermediate, along with Blue Flame, which is bordering on easy advanced.
@michaelbaker25
Great course design! Some truly beautiful holes. If there were stairs on some of the steep slopes it would be 5* no question
@isaacdstanley
Very wooded and some technical shots required. Nice walk in the woods and a good hike. Bring water.
