About the course

Long and mostly open with a lot of elevation changes. High altitude very windy. Hole 8 will haunt you! There are 2 ponds that come into play on 4 holes. A walking trail winds thru the course, please give walker the right of way

First time playing this course was a month ago and the upkeep has been pretty good so far in my experience. I can actually find my discs on the fairway - much better than Cave Run in that regard, and I’ll drive the extra distance to Botts from now on. As for this course, a lot of these Par 3s aren’t drivable for me. A couple tough basket placements that they set up behind clumps of trees. The three par 4s are manageable for birdie opportunities. A few uphill holes that play longer than the actual distance. A few of the placements are wrong on the app (the map at the course says hole 17 is nearly 100ft farther than where the app shows. Overall, I enjoy playing here and haven’t lost a disc yet in 18 rounds (knock on wood). Feb 2026 update: The upkeep has remained spectacular and I enjoy every outing here. The basket for hole 2 was removed - some guy I spoke with said that the school argued that it was on their property, so there might be some reconfiguration.
