About the course

This is the premier course of central MS, which offers a challenge for every skill level without being too brutal. There are many risk/reward possibilities and a chance to test every aspect of your game. This includes distance, technical, and every degree in between. The calm, shady groves contrast nicely with the windy, open hillsides with the ever present fear of the water on the front and back ends of the course. 9 of the holes are “legacy” holes that were designed well over a decade ago before the redesign which upgraded to a total of 18 holes, all of which are completely new baskets. Not as short or as jankity as you might think. Pleased we stopped. Some signs would be very helpful

The sign for the park had incorrect distances. UDisc distances are off. There are no signs or tee pads. Just iron plates thrown on the ground that are either grown over with grass or covered in dirt. The course would be great if you redesigned it in a way to maximize the space. There are fairways that overlap, there are tee pads that you have to travel across different fairways to reach. I did have fun out here, but I spent way too much time searching for the non existent tee pads to then have to walk around to find the hidden baskets. Better utilization and design and you guys would have a killer course.
