@pacmanthehemi
The app is very useful for this course. Each tea box is labeled nicely and as a picture showing the whole layout. I think one of the holes was missing the sign but other than that, it’s in good shape.
@adamlarson99
Nice par 3 course. Some demanding shots but mostly shorter straightforward lines
@kevin4discgolf
just a little cleanup & this course would be 5 stars to me. This course has a great layout with Ace runs and getable birdies & a few tuff par 3's, it was a lot of fun playing, I really enjoyed this course just some trash & glass here & there that could easily be removed, otherwise AWESOME Course :)
@jphunt
Lots of trash and glass everywhere. Otherwise not a bad park style course, good use of the space.
@mugy57
Great variety of shots. Just a fun course even though I didn't shoot my best
@danieloddo
Would loved to have played whole course. Showed on a day of tournament. We did get famous hole 4 with double split trees! Fun.
@blackclouds
Fun short course!
@cntbg23
Cool us off space. Some really fun shots in the back nine. Bit of overlap with walking and fairways.
@nbusk24
Practice basket: Yes, behind Hole 1 tee Parking situation: Slightly limited, enough spaces for parking unless there’s an event Number of holes: 18 Difficulty level: Intermediate+, requires shot shaping and accuracy off the tee especially on mando holes(beginners will learn how to shot shape here) Cart friendly: No, lots of roots and uneven ground Water Dangers: Yes, there’s a creek that runs through the majority of the course and is considered OB Other Dangers: Ant hills Bathrooms/Water Fountains: Not to my knowledge Tee areas: Decent, All are concrete except hole 16 which is turf, Hole 2 tee pad is very short Benches: Only on a few holes Trashcans: Not on the course but there’s one next to Hole 1 Signage/Wayfinding: Best to use UDisc Overall Rating: 4.5/5 Rating Reason: It’s a good course for shot shaping and learning to hit mandos consistently and test your game with an OB creek in most of the holes but it could use with some signage and more benches and trashcans Improvements: More signs, more benches, some trashcans
@damac82
When the updates are done with the signs, that would help. Very confusing start for a first time visitor. The double-double Mando hole is an interesting choice.
@smorr34
Fun course but pretty short. Creek in play on most holes, bring a retriever.
@benstrickland
Some fun shots. A good par 3 course. Just better options out there. The double double mando is iconic, though.
@teebirdlaw
It's a well-designed 18 hole course considering the amount of space it has. Tee areas need some updating. I like the novelty of the mandos, but I wish there was at least one par 4.
@humphries25
Great par 3 course with a variety of shots to keep it interesting!
@bernchip5110
Really cool shot shapes. Finding your way is very tough for your first time. Really loved it, but definitely confusing. Bogey and birdie fest.
@screwattack
Fun course. Needs garbage pales every few holes as there is litter everywhere
@discgolfcraig
Course has gotten significantly better over time as the club and parks&rec put more time and attention into this layout.
@durant
Played a quick round and didn't get robbed, that was awesome
@jessedrew95
Solid course. If you want to avoid the length / time it takes to play Winthrop Gold, but still want play a challenging course then this is the best option in Rock Hill. Watch out for snakes near the water. I heard a Winthrop student was bitten by a poisonous snake when he accidentally stepped on it here. Probably nothing to worry about, but just keep an eye out to be on the safe side. Do not be surprised if you see glass, etc, the course was built on a landfill.
