What a wonderful 9 hole warm up for the 18 hole course on the same property. Russ did a great job on the redo of the course!
@gpurdy
Big lines, big views, and big elevation change. Bring your comfy shoes and prepare to lose a few pounds. Beautiful course makes the cardio worth it.
@jimmyrose76
Very cool course, long and challenging, definitely worth the $5, which does give you access to both courses
@nickweston
It’s a fun course, pretty and solid little walk. If you are staying at the cabins, it’s a huge benefit. Probably the reason we chose to stay where we are. Very nice scenery, extremely well kept. There’s real challenge in some of the elevation changes on holes. I would like more shot variation, but it is very solid for all levels to play. Shooting every hole is a part three does make a bit of a challenge, though I do think some of the science list a couple of them is par four It’s surrounded by trees and you can see some log cabins, including some that are actually gigantic tree houses off the side of the fairway And there’s plenty of opportunity to rent a cabin that is adjacent to the course, so you could wake up and walk right out of your back door and start golfing, just like I did !
@chimatrix
Absolutely fantastic course. Teepads/signage were perfect, and the views were wonderful. Expand this to an 18 hole course and I can see the championship level vision. Only slight negative was that most holes really don't require too much shot shaping, open driver shots pretty much each hole. Maybe something a little OB could fix? Also, a bit confusing that the UDISC layout had everything as par 3, whereas the course had many of the 500+ shots as par 4s.
@gagrigsby
Some long par 3’s good downhill and uphill shots hole 9 a great finishing hole but not sure about par 3 designation for is mere mortals lol.
@seansanders
The better of the two courses. Great elevation changes, above average shot shapes, footage is on point and it offered more of a physical challenge.
@alecdutko12
Pars need updated but amazing course with tons of elevation change for 9 holes.
@lhight
The 18 hole course is fun and well kept. This 9 hole course is professional level. If there were 18 of these holes, this course would be unbelievable
@discinads
Bommer course
@walterhilton
What an amazing round. Course is awesome! By far the best 9 hole I’ve played that equips some bombers and par 4s. Russ was a treat to talk to and even popped in to check on us mid round! Great guy! I think the pars need to be updated on UDisc
@mrfixit716
This was a awesome 9 hole layout. Great views. Very long distance par 3 holes. A little hard for me to reach. Some were par 4 on the tee sign but udisc said par 3. Needs de-weeded and mowed but was a awesome stop on my trip. Will have to come back and try the 18 hole layout.
@taheeley
Great course; scenic and hilly. The nine hole course is predominantly open shots but 4 of the 9 are over 500 feet. Those players with big arms will appreciate the layout.
@howiesolo
Taken with the other 18 I give this course 7 stars. This nine has 3 par 4s , not accurate on UDisc
@isaacerhard
Fun bomber course, some of the holes are tough though. As someone who throws 450+, some of these holes are almost impossible to birdie. Many 500+ foot par threes including an uphill 600 footer. Overall fun to let it rip and a great course to play though!
