Tee pads are slick due to lack of experience pouring concrete tee pads

This is going to be my “home” course here in Waco. Can’t wait to improve my first score!

Difficult. Designed for advanced players. Do not recommend for beginners. Course has a few areas that need a little trimming. Great views on the front 9, nice semi hike on the back 9.

Great course for the aspiring professional. The shot variety and chances of risk/reward are abundant. The pendulum swings from hole to hole on a scale of power vs finesse. I will travel the 80 miles as much as I can to play this course.

Amazing but very difficult course. The back 9 doesn’t have much signage on where the next tee pad is.

Great variety of shot shapes and distances. Course has a good flow and progression to it. Restrooms available on the front nine. Signage between holes was helpful on the back 9, though tee signs seemed faded on several holes. Overall a challenging, yet fun course that doesn’t require elite distance.

Great course! . Plenty of technical shots! Needs better transition signage, Some bush and tree trimming. It’s Texas people, you need lots of hydration in the summer. When you hit back 9 in the woods, the woods block the wind and it can get brutal. Take your time, it’s a hike, enjoy! The fact that pros play this and score under par, is insanely cool. If your a beginner don’t beat yourself up for a bogey a hole round, or even double bogey. It takes a lot of practice to learn your through to play this course. There are some birdie chance even for beginners. So enjoy them if you get them, and don’t be mad about pars. Great course.

Well-maintained, a really cool experience, and seriously punishing.

What a beautiful course. Huge old trees. One of the more unique courses in Texas. Gotta play smart. Hit the lines. And fight for pars. Not impossible but great practice overall. 10/10.

It's epic and it's FREE. Great courses are always a physical and mental battle, and the Beast does not disappoint. Forces you to play uncomfortable shots and work uncomfortable angles. Woods punishes bad throws. Water and OB in the park part does the same. Fantastic and humbling, but not so long that you need a bomber arm to play it.

Just need to keep up with some of the trash bins and trash thrown in the rough off the fairways. Other than that an overall clean course
