New 18 Hole Course and Parking lot off of White Overlook Road. New addition to the Breezy Point course featuring longer holes and more elevation change. The City of Breezy Point has enacted NO Alcohol and NO Smoking policies, please follow these rules as well as pack in pack out your trash. Actively monitored by local law enforcement. **Please be extremely respectful while playing near homes!**

Absolutely beautiful. Great elevation, super fun. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is the property isn't big enough for more long holes

We really enjoyed the shot variety and elevation influences. Slightly wider tee pads and tee signs would bring the course up to the next level. This course has even greater potential with the capacity for converting a few more holes to par 4’s. I will definitely make it a point to play it again.
