Of the 5 18 hole courses we played in the Lens area, this was by far the best. A huge variety of shots. Some wooded, some narrow, some open. Loads of OB and mandos (including a triple mando). I wouldn’t recommend this course for beginners. Some of the path slopes are steep, between holes. Hole 13 is quite a unique hole and I would recommend a spotter near the basket.

Five stars all day long. This course is one of a kind! Aside from the fascinating history of the land, the course is hard! But it’s fun hard! Bring your full bag… you’ll need it. Do not miss this beauty by f you’re in the Lens area. Love love love.

Hole 3 very overgrown, children playing rounders so couldn't play holes 17/18 at 10am but brill course!

A handfull of holes could use some trimming of the nettles

High grass, thick bushes in summertime. Fairways non-existent. Vandalised baskets, teepads full of horse dung. Besides that, challenging course design, good lay-out!

Pretty easy to lose discs on some of the more wooded holes.

Wonderful course, with great technical holes. 12 & 13 are something to behold and are spectacular!

Excellent! Very challenging, tunnels, OB, elevations.. pads, signs and baskets now in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Nice course, fun challenging holes but some baskets need repair and parts of course need upkeep (a lot of bushy stuff, spotters needed on some holes)

Course design is great. Consistently challenging with a variety of shot shot shapes, hole lengths, etc. Course flow can be hard to follow for first timers. Several baskets in need of maintenance. Also the rough on hole 8 is in need of trimming; blind shot, tight fairway and rough that makes it very hard to find discs or get them back, even for good shots. Use spotters if you play in a group. Course is still interesting and a ton of fun.
