@mattszallen
The tee pads need some work, as they're currently just a bunch of huge holes where everywhere throws from. The tee signs don't hang distances and are pretty unhelpful. There are only 2 or 3 holes that shape up for forehand. 17 is like 375' super weird placement par 4 that's not fun.
@jasonoats
One hole unplayable and a couple more are more hazardous because of water right now, but it is still worth playing!
@dirkstahlecker
Wooded and hilly, but interesting, mostly short with some long. Enjoyable, pretty good signage
@timchagnon
Nice course. Lots of great shots. Need people to lay here for more wear.
@mcfrunkis
Loved this course. If it had better T pads it would be a favorite shorter course. I’m glad I’m mostly a standstill thrower off of shorter tees anyway. Back nine is tougher and I liked that. Great design and I can tell a lot of work went into this course.
@brianphillips
Nice course but tee signs are worthless with out actual measurements Oh there are no short pads despite the signs stating that. Also tee pad areas are rough. Hole 10 basket placement feels wrong, 12 needs to be mowed better Also several signs do not point to the pin location correctly, maybe put a flag on top of some of the pins..
@clippership554
Tee pads need to be fixed or refilled
@discmaniam
Tee pads and it's 5 star all day great course
@jtquack
I’d give this course a 3 or 3.5 at best. It’s getting a 2.5 because of all the flooding. Honestly, if it were designed with any inclination of possible flooding, it would probably look very different. With that said… Some of the shots are fun, some are repetitive, and some holes just need actual lines in their “fairways”. (E.g. hole 13)
@keating
Super fun course. The Manchester area needed this. Great for beginners. Hole 16 needs to be moved; the fairway is a swamp. 17 should be a par 3 :) Edit, one year later it’s my only bogey. Edit: they moved hole 17 deeper and I still haven’t got the 2.
@elijah10
On the plus side the flooding has mostly subsided and it is playable again. Most of the holes are dinker par 3s. Ok beginner course.
@jfm1391
Fun technical course. Gravel pads are loosely packed. Watch your footing on drives. Still very rough, but very fun to play
@aleahy
Very nice free course! Tee pads could use a lot more stomping in but very good track! Will be back soon!
@smithjoshua
Great New England woods course with some elevation changes. Even though it’s new, it’s been cleared well and the rough is forgiving. The fairways are just long enough to leave plenty of opportunity for birdies.
@cramryan1
A great up and coming course! Lots of different shot selections. Great variety of holes with different elevation changes and cool scenery!
@umassfons05
Very nice work in progress, rating will go up with pads and signs. Wasp nest under one of the benches at hole 9
@turnerbous
Lots of fun holes, good amount of topography and super quiet. Great variety of shots, definitely only need putters and mid ranges
@msmith603
Place gets better every time. Very well maintained, signage is great, rakes at almost every tee pad, and water hazards are minimal. Great course to play for some confidence boosting. Matt S
@jawalters1122
Very unique course with beautiful landscapes. Elevation changes make even the shorter holes challenging (except for 16 - which is far too easy). Will definitely be returning. Not a finished product but has high potential. Keep up the good work!
