It would be a great course to play, if they trimmed up the rough a little bit. I love technical, wooded courses, and I have played a lot of them, but none of them have the thick punishing rough that this course had, and this was supposed to be the beginner friendly course. I decided not to play Camden 2 because I didn’t want to spend most of my day looking for my disc.
@metalynx
Wonderful, new to disc golf and loved this course
@joshschloe
Some fun shots, some eh. Wasn’t maintained super well when I played.
@bgolden
Solid course with lots of variety. Could’ve been mowed a little more in some places.
@ryan145
It’s fun and well maintained
@pokemonsdeuendb

@jmangraf
I think this might honestly the best recreational course I've played yet, though I've admittedly not played very many courses overall, and I've a hard time believing they'd get much better than it. Absolutely perfect blend of open fairway holes utilizing elevation balanced nicely with woodland holes utilizing both shot shaping and tunnels. All hazards are in play here, but none feel aggressively punishing--even as a beginner you won't be punished by things out of your control such as a lack of distance capability. Multiple pins allow for beginners, ams, and I'd dare say pros to design their own fair par challenge level playthrough, and it honestly amazes me just how well each pin location was selected for just this purpose. Several holes on their own are, in a way, two or even three well designed holes in one. Seriously, come play this course. Worst case scenario: you find it too easy and you can just hop over to Camden 2, literally in the same park, to get swiftly humbled.
@michaeldr
Great course to play at with friends and family
@mattchu0521
Great course very well maintained by a great group of volunteers. Good beginner course to learn shot shapes. I recommend it to all players.
@marciniak1
Fairly short, but pretty technical holes. Overall a really fun course that is worth coming back to play again and again. Awesome T pads and pretty good signage.
@cklim98
Needs better way finding signage. Great mixture of wooded and open holes.
@cooter325
Layout can be confusing, needs more signs. A couple of the holes you walk up the fairways to the tee. Baskets are are old and could be updated. There are a lot of short shots with some ace possibilities but you have to navigate the trees. It's a fun course.
@jugglingfool
Taken together or separate this is a place to visit. Do not miss.
@rspisme
Good course next to a better course. Starts out with 5 open holes then through the woods for the last 13. Many holes have a great design, but a few of the shorter holes are odd designs in my opinion. The shorter holes don't seem to have an actual line to take and found that forehand rollers were the best route to the basket. Tee signs are old and not accurate, otherwise it is well maintained.
@asapcactus
Certainly not the hardest course but it’s a classic. Great shots, some tough fairways, and enough OB to force some shot shaping.
@birdinger
Weather hasn't allowed for proper course maintenance, very long. Hard to find discs in some locations.
@msheddan
Great course. When you don't want to trek the canyons on Cam 2. Must play both
