I understand that there was limited space to work with, but very poor course. Holes 1 & 9 really need some more trees cut to make them more playable. Water carry holes are cool but everything else was hard to enjoy.

Hole 1. Line doesn’t make sense to me Hole 8. Classic throw over water, basket on opposite bank. But that bank is way too overgrown. Needs some groundskeeping. Hole 9. Looked like a bad hole initially but birdied with a LHFH hyzer line out over the hill edge. Cool to have a little 9 hole in a community like this but needs a little work to maximize its potential. Some holes very easy, some would be quite difficult for a beginner.
